The 410 Athletic Slim solves the problem athletic guys complain about constantly: jeans that fit the thigh strangle the calf, jeans that fit the calf gap at the thigh. Lucky Brand cut the 410 with extra room through the seat and thigh, then tapered cleanly to a slim leg opening. If you have built quads or you squat regularly, this is the cut.
The denim is Lucky’s standard cotton-elastane blend with a small amount of stretch — enough to matter for fit, not enough to look like jeggings. They sit just below the natural waist. Honest note: the “slim” leg opening is genuinely slim — if you wear chunky boots, expect them to bunch. Sizing runs true in the waist; the seat and thigh are cut deliberately roomier than the size suggests.
